We May Disclose Information as Permitted by Law: As permitted by law, we may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to non-affiliated third parties that assist us in effecting, administering and enforcing our transactions, as well as, servicing or processing any of the financial products that you request.
We May Disclose Information to Service Providers: We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have a joint marketing agreement.
Affiliate Sharing for Marketing Purposes: The Company is providing this notice. You may limit our affiliates in the Rent-A-Center group of companies from marketing their products or services to you based on your personal information that we collect and share with them. This information includes your income, your account history with us, your credit information, and the information we receive from you on applications and other forms. Your choice to limit marketing offers from our affiliates will apply for at least 5 years from when you tell us your choice. Once that period expires, you will receive a renewal notice that will allow you to continue to limit marketing offers from our affiliates for at least another 5 years. If you have already made a choice to limit marketing offers from our affiliates, you do not need to act again until you receive the renewal notice.
